WOOT!!!

Just got new headphones, and frankly it sounds much better! You might want to give a shot on "cheaper" headset, that is if you ever want to create again... :'(

U make me sad...

Cahzmana responds:

wait what?
i made you said? why?

Oh, nice, Durn! haven't heard from him for a long time!

*read dubstep at 0:48* HOLY SNAP!! DURN IN DUBSTEP!!!
*go check earlier submissions* Oh, that's light dub!! ok!

Been listening to you since summer solace, thanks for all the music!!
P.S. yeah, I'm ashamed, forgotten you since RAM...

durn responds:

Haha, dontcha mean dubstep at 2:31? But yeah, it's definitely light dub. :)

And no worries about forgetting me since RAM, you're back now! :D Thanks for the review!

lol!!

Newgrounds should start a 96kpbs contest!!

It gives a nice retro style... like disco songs in 70's!

Cahzmana responds:

Lol xD
yea newgrounds should...
i bet allot of people will have upload problems, and quality problems aswell.

Yep yep, sounds great!

Drums are quite repetitive, though, you could add "hat/snare fusion" in BACKGROUND, not loud, bit resonance, acting like a filling between the drums strikes, plus some variations in it to make it dynamic.

Drum'n bass without dominant bass!! Interesting!

Directinput responds:

Not sure if the last comment was a compliment or not lol.

In relation to the drums, yes, they are quite repetitive, I've noticed after some thorough listens. I'll try to get some good sounding hihats in this mix. thanks for reviewing!

Good!

But it sounds static. Your notes are just basicaly the exact same notes repeated at the exact same intensity. And we don't want this. You should add some (tiny) variation in the velocity, tweak some things in the EQ, add some automations (real important here!!), some effects too would be interesting.

But it's nice alright!

Hexhuan responds:

Glad you liked it! I have been trying to experiment with more variation in some of my newer projects, but thanks for the advice!

Approved!

But just like my track, it gets repetitive after a while. This is a nice main riff, but it needs something more to be great and soothing.

BowserThedestructive responds:

Thanks interesting because I don't find the song to get repetitive after a while but that must be because I am the maker of the over all track ;]. Glad you like the main riff ^_^, indeed I was searching for something great and soothing in this song but I ran out of computer resources and clue as to what else I could add without going over board.

For once I'll just vote without complaining...

ARG!!! Too hard! Intro is a little "beginner".

Nice use of slayer! (or is it??? 0.o)

uten responds:

you know I actually agree, the intro was a little bit on the beginner side. but what do you expect? some musicians just play around with sounds and usually a single tune that they might have in there heads, or they might have improvised the tune. the slayer was literally only two states, undamp, and damp, and there were about 4 slayers, two acting as one . meaning the primary lower guitar, then there's the rythem guitar that played through mainly the chorus', and finally the solo slayer, that one's easy to point out :)
